Module 2 – How to Promote a Healthy Body Image
You will learn about how cosmetic/aesthetic practitioners can apply best practice to promote a healthy body image and the professional actions that a cosmetic or aesthetic practitioner can take when advertising their treatments and services. You’ll also learn about the importance of recognising professional boundaries and signposting clients to other sources of help and support for body image concerns/specific conditions linked to body image concerns.
Qualification information
On successful completion of all the modules, learners will receive the ‘Level 2 Award in Body Image Awareness for Cosmetic and Aesthetic Practitioners’. This is an OFQUAL Regulated qualification issued by ‘Gatehouse Awards (GA)’. The Gatehouse Awards (GA) Registration Fee of £80.00 and the Skin College Processing (SCP) Fee of £20.00 are payable separately as they are VAT exempt.
