This 7-part course will will prepare you to provide safe and effective clinical analysis and advanced assessment of the skin. Through the interpretation of intrinsic and extrinsic medical, environmental and lifestyle influences and a superior knowledge of cosmetic dermatology.

This is Module 4 of 7. You will need to complete all 7 for the full course.

The Learning objectives for Module 4 are listed below:

Module 4 – Clinical Skin Analysis, Assessment and Treatment Planning

• The primary skin types of normal, oily, lipid dry, combination and sensitive skins
• The main secondary skin types – acne vulgaris and rosacea, mature skin, dehydrated skin and photodamaged skin

Minimum age requirement

This qualification is appropriate for candidates aged 18 or above.

Qualification information

On successful completion of this course, learners will receive the ‘Level 4 Certificate in Clinical Skin Analysis, Assessment and Treatment Planning’. This is an OFQUAL Regulated qualification issued by ‘Gatehouse Awards (GA)’.

The Gatehouse Awards (GA) Registration Fee of £180.00 and the Skin College Processing (SCP) Fee of £20.00 are payable separately as they are VAT exempt. (Payable when you reach the final module).
